4a) DVD Trainers’ Guide
The purpose of this DVD (DH Gateway number 14926) is to guide trainers through the one day course - with Liz Mayne giving pointers throughout and Chris Holley demonstrating, particularly, those powerpoint slides that trainers may initially struggle with (former members of the National Implementation Team). There is also a fair bit of interaction with participants to give trainers an idea of the kind of issues that get raised during training.
It is suggested that trainers will get most out of viewing the DVD with the Trainers’ Manual in front of them. It is easy for them to ‘dip in and out’ of the DVD by using the Menu provided:
- Introduction
- Each of the nine course Sections with ‘live vignettes’ incorporated.
- Conclusion
- Set of ‘live vignettes’
- Course powerpoint with ‘live vignette’s embedded ie ten case studies and role play.
