This award winning service, originally established as the Care Home Liaison Service (CHLS) in March 2006 following reconfiguration of older peoples mental health services, now provides Liaison services for Older Peoples Mental Health in Care Homes and now in the the Acute Trust too. The service also facilitates a local Care Homes Learning Network.
