Mental Health Providers Forum Recovery Star BME.

Mental Health Providers Forum supported seven organisations that provide mental health services across Leeds, London and Nottingham in the use of the Recovery Star with their clients and gathered feedback. The pilot looked to address a number of issues, including

  • Is the language used accessible
  • Does the tool's conceptualisations of mental illness/wellbeing/recovery have cross-cultural relevance
  • As a whole is the model culturally sensitive

The Recovery Star providers a shared language for supporting mental wellbeing and recovery
