Breaking Through Barriers
Shift and Mental Health Equalities launched breaking through barriers to the national CDW network. All CDWs were able to obtain a copy of the dvd which comprises 4 films.
The training resources along with the pause and talk guide is designed to help explore the film's messages and to support CDWs in their role.
Breaking Through Barriers is a project to reinforce the CDWs communication toolkit.
Breaking Through Barriers seeks to provide the tool of using film as an
additional medium to persuade and influence service providers/ commissioners,
community groups and individuals on the issues surrounding mental health
problems.

Healthy Living Healthy Minds
RedbridgeCVS' first "Healthy Living, Healthy Minds" event saw almost
600 people pack into Ilford Cineworld for a series of film
screenings and discussions on mental wellbeing and the negative effects
