This one day conference chaired by Jim Symington Deputy Director National Mental Health Development Unit provides an important update on improving outcomes through care pathways in mental health with a focus on the service user perspective and the role of pathways in delivering the new Mental Health Strategy.

Dr Sue O'Connor Senior Clinical Advisor Mental Health and Disability Division Department of Health will discuss where pathways will fit within the new Mental Health Strategy and incorporating outcome goals within the care pathway.
